With a tricky townhouse development, my draftsman engaged Tony from Midcoast Planning to assist with lodging my DA to council. We had many challenges along the way - matched with a frustratingly slow council, and Tony was always working with and for me to get my DA approved. 

 

He dealt with every challenge promptly and handled councils many requests. I truly believe he was as excited as me to finally get the DA approval after 255 days.
